The level of professional support provided by both you and your staff allow me to focus on the many demanding tasks required to ensure that MIRS continues to operate. My position requires me to be absent from the office on a fairly regular basis but it is always nice to have the peace of mind to know that somebody is 'looking after the shop'.

We regularly rely upon NBC to manage our phones during lunch breaks, Christmas shut-downs, and at other times when our office is unattended. Much more professional than a voicemail or answering machine!
Our Project in Newcastle has been extremely successful and we are planning to return next year , It's nice to know we can do that with the knowledge that we have a great office to return to which is proffessional and well equipped to attend to all our needs.
