Our clients are ably assisted by our two Receptionists - Kori Taylor and Heather Freeman.

The Team are all very experienced in managing any type of phone call, organising catering for boardroom lunches...and the myriad of other tasks that require their expertise on regular basis.

Karen Howard

Following a career in Newcastle spanning of more than 16 years Karen opened the business on 8 March 1999 (International Women's Day).

Since then, Karen has consistently grown the business which has relocated and expanded three times. Each relocation was chosen to meet the growing demand for professional business support and has provided more and more advanced facilities for the clients.

Karen is the Immediate Past President of the Hunter Business Chamber, a Director and Councillor of the NSW Business Chamber, Director of GPAccess, and a Director of the Hunter Development Corporation.

Kori is an extremely competent Office Administrator, who has over 10 years high level experience in the Real Estate Industry, with a customer service focus second to none.

She has made a work/life balance choice and chosen to work permanent part-time...we are delighted that she joins Heather as our Job Share Receptionist.

Heather Freeman

Heather joins us bringing high level Front Office Reception experience and is warmly welcomed to our team. She has strong administration experience and brings some valuable bookkeeping experience with her as well.

Heather is our resident Triathlete, having completed regularly in gruelling Triathlons, and Endurance Sports.

Amy Janissen

Amy started with us in July 2009, and has recently taken the decision recently to be available to us for on-call work, as she settles her youngest daughter into "big" school this year.

It's terrific to have Amy still part of our team.
